OUR SERVICES

1. Project kick-off

At the project kick-off meeting, which should include all stakeholders who will actively be involved in this work, we will clarify the deliverables, timeline, points of contact and review, and any other practicalities that need to be addressed regarding the collaboration.

2. Data collection

Analysis and evaluate of the existing data protocol. We will also identify key stakeholders to highlight how to improve data protocol. An additional step will be taken here to adjust for local conditions which may influence the sourcing, processing, and disposal of the resource flows and carbon flows.

3. Visualisation

To bring it all together, the data and estimations will be visualised into a dashboard, a comprehensive Material Flow Analysis and a Carbon Footprint Analysis. This powerful graphics can be shared both internally and externally.

4. Communication

To effectively communicate the findings, the Sankey- diagram will be integrated into a final report which will summarise the key results. A round of feedback will also be granted to ensure the report conveys clear, strong, and fully accurate message. Lastly, the report will be put into an aesthetically-pleasing and sharable layout.
